Wellbeing Student Committee

Ms Robyn Warburton —

The role of this committee is to meet up each term to give an indication of the wellbeing of the student body and suggest improvements to school life. There will also be the opportunity for all students to drop in with ideas, suggestions and concerns. A member of staff will be involved to assist and encourage conversations.

To our St Bede’s whānau

Last year we began a 'Wellbeing Student Committee' with the goal to help students with ‘feeling good and functioning well’.
The role of this committee is to meet up each term to give an indication of the wellbeing of the student body and suggest improvements to school life. There will also be the opportunity for all students to drop in with ideas, suggestions and concerns. A member of staff will be involved to assist and encourage conversations.

Please use this as an opportunity to discuss wellbeing with your sons. It is key that students understand what wellbeing is, what good wellbeing looks like and where they are at with their own wellbeing.

If your son is interested in joining the Wellbeing Committee, or if they have any ideas or input; please let Miss Warburton (RWarburton@stbedes.school.nz) or Mrs MacKean (JMacKean@stbedes.school.nz) know by Monday 10th February 2020, and should listen out for the first meeting next week in the notices.

Kind regards,

Mrs Jacqueline MacKean & Ms Robyn Warburton
