Games during the holidays

Basketball

There is no Friday night basketball today - this resumes on Friday 24 July. 

Saturday games continue throughout the holidays, but there will be no Thomson Trophy games during the holidays.

Rugby

1st XV games continue through the July holidays.

All other rugby games are played tomorrow and then resume on Saturday 25 July.

Hockey

All games continue on Friday night during the holidays.

Football

Games are on tomorrow and then resume on Saturday 25 July

AFL

Congratulations to Mitchell Shaw who has been awarded Canterbury Sports Young Sportsman of the Year for American Football. Mitchell players Quarterback for the Canterbury American Football team and will line up for the New Zealand team later in the year, which we wish him well for.

THANK YOU

A huge thank you to all staff, parents and students that are helping, coaching, managing and refereeing, and running all the sports clubs in the College. We really appreciate all the hours you put into administration, practices and games to make it possible for the boys to play sport. 

St Bede’s College is very lucky to be blessed with wonderful supportive parents, who we really appreciate and thank you very much for everything you do for the College and the boys.
