CanTeen Concert for a Life Sponsorship

In conjunction with the St. Bede’s College “Canteen Run for a Life” and their biannual CanTeen campaign, a group of Marian and St. Bede’s students have joined forces to organise a special charity concert to help contribute to the overall fundraising total; the CanTeen Concert for a Life. This year’s concert will be the third of its kind after its initiation in 2012. ALL proceeds raised at this event will go directly to CanTeen. Acts include a wide range of talented students and performance groups from both schools as well as combined acts. One act in particular being the combined CanTeen Choir which consists of the top singers from each school.

This year the concert will be held on Friday the 5th of August and Saturday 6th of August in the St Bede’s College Performing Arts Centre (PAC). Ticket prices will be $10 for students and $20 for adults accompanied by a complimentary glass of wine. More details regarding ticket sales and how to purchase them will be available in the very near future.

Sponsorship is an extremely important factor as to why this concert has been so successful in the past. We are currently looking for family and local businesses who would be willing to sponsor individual acts, donate goods and/or services to the silent auction which will run over the course of the two nights, or donate food and drink towards the pre-show function and intermission. If you are interested in contributing to the sponsorship side of the concert or have connections to businesses which may be of help, please refer to the separate email which will be sent out to every family within the school community with regards to the sponsorship details in more depth.
