Weekly Parent Prayer Group

Do you have a longing and heart for Prayer?

Would you like to pray for your son and the needs of his school?

There are just over fifty-five people, made up of parents, Old Boys and supporters of St Bede’s who have made a commitment to pray for the needs of the boys, teachers, staff and families of this mighty school.

The people within this group some take time once per week to pray for their families and the St Bede’s community. Some gather in the School Chapel each Tuesday at between 2.00 to 2.30 pm to pray together, and others make time wherever and whenever God allows them – be it in the car, garden or a dedicated quiet space.

With the blessing of the Rector, the group subscribes to a weekly email from Irene Maguire. (a parent and a Pastoral Worker from St Joseph’s Parish)

Irene contacts the group weekly. (via email) with any prayer requests for that week, along with the regular prayers for all the general needs of the school.
