Advance Notice – Monday 26th June Afternoon

The PPTA has advised the School and Board of Trustees that it is exercising its right under the current contract to hold a Paid Union Meeting on the afternoon of Monday 26th June. The school cannot operate at the usual level for the afternoon, so there will be no formal classes from 12.15 pm. School will finish at 12.15  pm.

As all of our teachers are Union members, we cannot supervise students.

Halt to Industrial Action

We have been advised by the PPTA Te Wehengarua national executive that they have approved a terms of reference (ToR) agreement for arbitration.

This means an immediate halt to industrial action.

This means that the rostering home proposed for the rest of the term will no longer go ahead.

I will advise you if the situation changes.
