We had the pleasure of taking the whole of our Year 9 cohort on a trip to see an open rehearsal at the Michael Fowler Centre of the NZSO for their upcoming tour around New Zealand of Vivaldi's Four Seasons last Thursday. 400 years on since Vivaldi first composed Four Seasons, we heard Piazzolla's homage to the original work and heard the rehearsal for two of the soloists on the tour, Anna van der Zee and Alan Molina. A huge thank you to the Year 9 students for their excellent behaviour during the rehearsal and representing SCC in an amazing way. Look forward to taking you on many more trips and experiences.
