Katrina Kerr-Bell —

We are halfway through the term and it reminds me of the what we have ahead. "Do your share and God will do his, and everything will go well.” Suzanne Aubert

The days are getting colder and winter is upon us.  We are now in the second half of this winter term.  Life is becoming more challenging, and some of us are being impacted by Covid and flu. Some of us are finding it challenging to stay motivated. Keeping our trust in God can be difficult, but we know life is difficult. Keep going today and tomorrow.

Faith and Whānau

We hope that you can join us to join us tomorrow night.

This is still a concern for us.  If students are unable to be at school it is essential that they communicate with their teachers.  Teachers are doing their utmost to teach the students in front of them and post work for those not in class on Google Classroom. Communication is key to ensuring your daughter does not fall behind.

Year 12 Retreat

This is to be held next Wednesday from 7 pm until Thursday at 2.30 pm at the Home of Compassion in Island Bay.  This is the first overnight trip this cohort has been able to have in their time at SCC.  The focus of this retreat is service and how this applies to leadership.

Year 13 PE and the Duke of Ed students are off on a two-day tramp today and tomorrow.  We wish them well and hope the weather is kind to them.

Happy Birthday Suzanne Aubert

It is Suzanne Aubert's birthday this Sunday and a small group of us are headed up to The Home of Compassion for the celebration at 11 am.
