The Assumption of Mary is the patronal feast of Aotearoa. Bishop Pompallier in 1838 celebrated the first Mass in New Zealand in the Hokianga and then consecrated our land to the Assumption of Our Lady. Mary is always with us and draws us ever closer to her Son.

The Hail Mary is often the first prayer we learn and usually the final prayer we hear. Our feast reminds us that God saves all of our humanity, body and soul. 

May God’s reminder in our feast help us to do all we can to help the body and soul of our people. As we give thanks for Aotearoa, for the Marist missionaries to this land, can we give a moment to pray slowly the Hail Mary? Continuing our mission for the body and soul of New Zealand.

Return of Sports Uniforms

We are nearing the end of the winter sports season.  Thank you to all our parent coaches and volunteers.  We require all uniforms to be returned so that we can ensure we have full sets for next year.  If you have any uniforms at home from previous teams can they please be returned?  

Outstanding Sport and Culture Fees

We currently have $15,000 of outstanding sports and cultural fees for 2021-2022.  We need these to be paid or for you to come in and have a conversation with us about these.
