Farewell and slán go foíll to Ms Laura McQuillan, our Physics and Science teacher for the past two years, who is returning to Ireland. Laura, your contribution to St Catherine's has been superb and much valued. As a Physics/Science teacher, Laura has achieved excellent results, especially amongst our Māori and Pasifika senior students. Beyond her classroom teaching, Laura has contributed a great deal to St Catherine's, particularly working with our basketball teams and working this year as joint Specialist Classroom teacher. She has done great work this year in raising awareness of Numeracy amongst students and staff. Thank you, Laura, for your contribution, and we wish you safe travels home to Ireland.
