On Monday the 29th of November we ran a Barista Course here at school in the Food Technology Room for any interested Year 12 and 13 students. It was facilitated by The Learning Place who travel the country running vocational courses in secondary schools. They provided two coffee machines and taught our students how to make an espresso, hot chocolate and froth milk to create some delicious treats which some of the staff enjoyed! Much fun was had by all!
