On June 28th, the Year 12 students attended an open day at Vic Uni with about 1000 other students from around the Wellington area. Liaison staff informed the students of the requirements of University Entrance and the many scholarships available. Current Vic Uni students talked about their experiences at uni and the many opportunities open for all students. A yummy lunch and many giveaways were a bonus. Victoria University liaison staff visit SCC regularly to help Year 13 students with enrolments, should that be an intended destination for any of our students.
