A combined Kapa Haka group across the three Catholic colleges of Wellington. We have a proud tradition of Kapa Haka performance and celebration of Tikanga and Te Reo Māori that we are determined to grow into the future.

We are looking for a person who can work with our tamariki and our kaiako to support this kaupapa.

We have a group of - up to 30 - 35 students Working towards performing a full kapa haka bracket at the Regional Competition 2023.

We are looking for someone to help us celebrate our contribution to this kaupapa and offer fresh and contemporary ideas. An ideal applicant would also be familiar with Te Atiawa and Ngati Toa, and there is an expectation that they model in their behaviour and teach and proclaim them to their students. Values education in a Catholic school is fundamental to the life of the school. These values, normally identified in each school’s charter, are unabashedly Christian. All staff are expected to model these values in their behaviours and teach them to their students.

Hours are negotiable; after-school hours and weekends

Remuneration is negotiable;

Fixed-term contract until July 2023
