WEEK A Timetable: Wednesday 18 August – Friday 20 August

Some of these sessions will be scheduled online meetings and others will be independent learning.

Please read your emails at least two times per day and know the times of your online subject and whānau meetings.

ONLINE MEETING EXPECTATIONS

When your teacher has scheduled an online meeting with you, you are expected to be online and to participate in the lesson.

  • when you are participating in an online meeting and are visible on screen, you need to be dressed appropriately (not in your pyjamas, please)

  • find a quiet space (if possible)

  • please do not bring food to the online meeting

  • please check what is in the background of your screen (to ensure your privacy)

  • use audio instead of video if you experience connection issues


EMAIL CONTACT

When your teacher contacts you by email, please reply to that email

ABSENCE

You will be “absent from class” if:

  • you do not attend a scheduled online meeting

  • you do not reply to your teacher’s email when asked to do so
