Madeleine will talk about the challenges facing students asthey progress out of College in terms of being assertive,managing interactions with people and building resilience.

Greg plans to dive into how people react to a crisis and how we can reframe things to cope a little bit better, as well as what we can look out for, and do when things aren't going well, with a particular focus on mental health.
