After the success of both the Blue Harmonies Quartet and SCC Barbershop Chorus at the Young Singers in Harmony Convention, Jordyn Mokalei stayed on in Palmerston North for the Barbershop Harmony New Zealand Nationals as part of the Pacific Connections Chorus. Pacific Connections took out first place in the Open Chorus Competition with an unheard of total of 1078.
