This year has been a very successful year for our Y10 students with over 97% of students who started the year with us gaining Numeracy, the vast majority through Achievement Standards (88%). Quite a few of them were able to gain Merit and Excellence subject endorsements in Mathematics this year as well.

Additionally, there has been a significant increase in the PAT results for this year group. The pale blue box and whisker graph in the background shows the national distribution of PAT results, while the dark blue in the foreground shows St Catherine’s College results. Over 70% of the cohort achieved above the national average with almost 45% being in the top 25% of the national cohort. Unfortunately, a change in the reporting system does not allow us to show you the significant improvement they have undergone over the past 2 years.
