Te Atiawa

On Monday, all the SCC staff, representatives of our Board of Trustees and Board of Proprietors had a fantastic opportunity to attend a full-day of tour of Te Atiawa's pre-colonial history. We visited sights around the Southern and Eastern Suburbs. It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate and plan to teach our tamariki more about our local history.  It was a great way to start to 2023!

We are so appreciative of our facilitator Huia Puketapu  of Te Ati Awa | Ngati Ruapaniwh Director ECG and to the continued support of  Danny and Maru Karatea-Goddard and Richard Kerr-Bell who also joined us for the day.

In the last session āpōpō (tomorrow) the whole College will gather for Waitangi Day activities.
