On Monday evening, Nescy was recognised by the Mayor for her contribution to the Wellington City Mission, Social Supermarket.

Nescy was recognised along with other Wellington students for how she volunteers in our community. Nescy is an excellent example of how St Catherine's students give back to their community. Nescy has been involed in the Social Supermarket. The Social Supermarket provides food for vulnerable people in our community and does so with dignity. Nescy has shared how people being able to push a supermarket trolley and choose their food made them feel so positive.

Nescy's work exemplifies a leader who puts people at the forefront. This student leader is community-minded and about recognising the Mana of all in our community.  Nescy a woman of Mercy!
