We need to source a supply of untreated wood offcuts for our Maker space...

The children are excited to get the Makerspace up and running this year. Thanks to Foodstuffs we received a grant last year to set up our space. We have a lot of child size tools and a great space. Some of you will have seen the amazing creations our Kākano students made last year. 

This year we want to open up the space to other year levels as well however it is increasingly difficult to find a source of wood offcuts. The wood needs to be untreated or with a maximum of H1.2  treated.
