Whanau Assisi is hosting a breakfast on the last day of the term. Many parents have said they are really happy to help with one off projects. Here is an easy project we need help with.

Hotcakes, sausages and milo provided for breakfast. We are wondering if any parent/s are prepared to sponsor the breakfast and cover the cost of the sausages. Please let Jo know if this is the case.

Children will begin arrive about 7:30am. Most come about 8am. This year we will be in the hall. The coffee machine will be running outside the hall.

Set up Thursday 8th July from 3pm (5 helpers) We have enough people to help set up.

7:15 Hot cakes 4 people
7:15 BBQ serving sausages 1 more to join the original BBQ
7:15 Runners 2 people
8:30 am Clean up and pack up Team 5 people
