The Hero app is a great way for you to find information quickly as all emails that are sent are stored in the app under community feed. 

Download the app from the App store or Google play. 

Receiving Emails

There is an important step to take to ensure that you receive the communications the way that suits you. If you want to receive emails you must turn off notifications for the app on your phone. We think that notifications are automatically turned on as you download the app which had stopped people getting emails. To fix this you will need to go into settings / notifications/ hero / turn off notifications.

If you have done this and you are still not receiving emails please let us know and we will look into this further for you.
