We have three main goals that we are working on for the next two years.

Goal One 
Encourage and facilitate the development of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We will be working on implementing the new RE curriculum and and using Hero to report to you on your child's Journey through the curriculum. We will continue to celebrate and utilise school and Parish networks to develop a sense of belonging for all. 

Goal Two

Grow Teacher Capability

We are continuously striving to improve our practice. Being part of the Manaiakalani Network has meant that our teachers have access to the some of the best professional development available. We have a focus on building staff capability in Te Reo māori and Tikanga and Te Ao Māori. We also have a focus on accelerating progress in Reading, Writing and Mathematics.

Goal Three
Improve outcomes for all learners

We are aiming for accelerated progress in all areas for all learners. We work with the Manaiakalani Research team to collect and analyse data that informs our practice. This ensures that all pedagogical approaches and practices that underpin teaching and learning are evidence informed.
