The 50 days of Easter is a special time to rejoice over the new life we have in Christ.

Rebecca Methven —

The Easter season lasts fifty days and ends on Pentecost Sunday. What do we celebrate? We celebrate that after Jesus died and was placed in the tomb, he rose from the dead.

The above is an example of what the children would be learning about in RE at the present time. We encourage you to take time to talk about the season of Easter while you are at home with your children.

The National Centre of Religious Studies (NCRS) has made the link to Faith Alive, Liturgical Year curriculum resources accessible to all. You can find this link on the RE page on all of the Hub Sites.
