On Sunday the 9th at 2pm, forty-four children attended Mass at St Gregory’s to receive their First Holy Communion.

Thirty-five of these children attend St Francis which is great to see. 

Of course, it wasn’t as easy as showing up to Mass, a lot of work has gone on in the background preparing them for this sacrament. 

 There were 12 lessons in total so the children had to work very hard. All the children were very excited to receive this sacrament and it is a very important part in their faith journey.
