On Wednesday the 26th of May 47 students from Tumu and Kaupeka went down to Murchison Park to participate in the North Zone Cross Country.

The Year 7 & 8 students ran 3km and the Year 5 & 6 students ran 2km.

All athletes represented St Francis well and showed great sportsmanship throughout the day. Special congratulations to Katrina Parr who placed 1st in her event. 

Well done to everyone else who placed and made it one step further to Canterburys which will be held in Term 3 in Halswell Domain.
