"The Woodnutt family would like to thank the staff, students and families of St Josephs for their support after the recent tragic loss of our young relatives in a plane crash in Australia. We appreciated the many kind messages, gifts, offers of help and prayers as we grieved the passing of Raphael (aged 11), Evita (aged 9) and Philomena (aged 6). We particularly appreciated the school leadership's compassion in allowing our children time off school so they could grieve with extended family and attend the funeral of their cousins, as well as the teachers sending over some schoolwork suggestions so they didn't miss too much. This devastating loss will reverberate through our lives but the kindness of a good community makes a huge difference and comforts our hearts. Thanks again and God Bless you all."
