School Policy and Procedures

Aaron Richards —

St Joseph's School uses SchoolDocs to manage its school policies and procedures. SchoolDocs is an online programme that provides all community members quick and easy access to the school's policy and procedural documents.

The school's policies and procedures can be easily accessed by visiting the school's SchoolDoc Website - stjopapa.schooldocs.co.nz. All you have to do is enter the username and password listed below.

  • Community username - stjopapa
  • Community Password - sjspapanui

Our SchoolDocs policies and procedures are organised under the National Administration Guidelines:

  • NAG 1: Curriculum
  • NAG 2: Documentation and Self-Review
  • NAG 3: Employer Responsibility
  • NAG 4: Finance and Property Management
  • NAG 5: Health, Safety, and Welfare
  • NAG 6: Legislation and Administration

For each guideline, there is an overarching policy that covers all topics in that section. Each section is made up of the policy, and the procedures that underpin it.
