The PTA is running a Spellathon fundraising event on the 12th of September. Money raised will go towards upgrading our outdoor space. Please read on for further information.

Preliminary information and a sponsorship form have been sent home. Students are asked to collect sponsorship. Sponsors can either pay a donation or sponsor a child a specific amount per word the student spells right.

Word lists will be sent out on Friday. Students are encouraged to learn their words on the appropriate list at home. The words on the lists have been especially chosen to reflect the Heart Words which are part of our structured literacy programme. Please only ask your child to learn the list that has been allocated to them.

All students will be tested on their words on September 12th. Parents / Whanau will be advised of the number of words their child spelt correctly by September 13th.

There will be a small prize awarded to a child in each team who raise the most money.
