Team Organisation for 2024

Aaron Richards —

This article explains how the school will enhance our team organisation in 2024.

Classroom Organisation - The school is organised into four teams. Each team consists of two year groups. Each year group is provide a homeroom with two-three teachers.

The Team takes collective responsibility for their students. This sustainable practice ensures that learning continues when a teacher is away. Parents first port of call if they have any questions or queries about their child's learning or school events is the homeroom teachers.

The team approach also enables teachers to work together and sharing their collective talents. It provides teachers with the flexibility to deliver a learning programme that caters for the diverse needs of learners. Working as a team provides learners with the opportunity to work with a range of teachers. Our ultimate goal for operating teams is to increase learner engagement, target learning, and improve student achievement.
