St Joseph’s School bases its curriculum on the New Zealand Curriculum. It covers the seven Essential Learning Areas of: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Technology, Health and Physical Education and The Arts with Religious Education as our eighth essential learning area.

Our curriculum incorporates the Key Competencies of the New Zealand Curriculum, allows for individual needs and abilities and promotes attitudes and values based on the Gospel Values and teachings of Jesus Christ.
