We are very fortunate to have Murray Blogg organise a visit from the fire brigade to visit our junior classes and go through the Firewise Programme with them. Students learnt techniques of stop, drop and roll and how to exit a building that was on fire the safest way. Students also discussed the importance of a meeting place outside their house to meet in case of emergencies. Having grandad (Murray) and dad (Hamish) coming in to the school to share this was an added advantage. Thank you for giving up your time.
