End of year message

Brenna Sugrue —

As the year 2021 quickly comes to an end it is a time of giving thanks:

I have thoroughy enjoyed my new roll as principal this year and wanted to thank you for your ongoing support.  We have an amazing school, with outstanding parents and community who are very proactive in supporting our student learning. I feel very privilged to be part of this school community.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff that work along side me for their ongoing contributions to student learning. For their collaboration and teamwork,  and your just do it attitudes and for all the extra things you do to make life run smoothly in our school.  Thankyou.

I am very grateful for our Board of Trustees that work hard to ensure all students needs are meet and the supportive way they help guide our school.

Our amazing FOSJ group who work tirelessly to fundraise for our students inside and outside of classroom education.  This year they have supported learning with $3,000 worth of new maths equipment for classes being purchased, big day outs, camps, new long jump pit, booms for each class, buses for Mary MacKillop day, etc.  Without this hardworking committee efforts these resources would not have been brought for our students.  We are very appreciative of all your efforts.
