Principal's Message
St Joseph's School Temuka - April 4, 2023
Term one has flown with many activities fitted into the busy term. It is always so rewarding to see tamariki involved in top teams, triathlons, swimming rotations and sports, PALS training, basketball teams etc. Student participation in these events and the levels of success they have shown at South Canterbury level this term has been admirable. We congratulate all our tamariki for their hard work and outstanding performances.
Many thanks to all the whanau who have helped out for various events over the term, without this support we would not have the wonderful caring school community we have.
We thank you Lord, for this term
For the challenges, the successes,
And the mistakes from which we have learnt.
Be with us as we spend our time with family and friends.
Give us strength and courage to do what is right:
To be a witness to our own faith.
Help is to appreciate what others do for us,
to give time and effort to help others.
To be peacemakers in our family.
Keep us safe in our activities: give us good rest and food fun.
Bring us back refreshed and ready for a new term.
We thank you for our classmates, teachers, parents
And a community that cares for us.
Amen
Manaaki te Atua
God Bless
