Term four is always buzzing with excitement and activity! We have had some wonderful events and achievements to celebrate recently. On 17 November, 15 of our students celebrated their First Holy Communion. It was a beautiful family occasion with many coming together to support this important step in the students' faith journey.
Our Kapa Haka group represented our school with reverence and mana at the Remembrance Day ceremony on the 11 November at the RSA. We are so proud of their performance and the respect they showed for those who have fallen before us.
Miss King and I had the privilege of taking our Year 7 and 8 students to Spencer Park for a three-day camp last week. It was packed with new experiences and endurance activities. The students amazed us with their can-do attitudes and perseverance. A huge thank you to Dan Hodges, Jenna Steer and Tara Malama for joining us as parent helpers. Your support made this camp possible!
Year 5 and 6 camp leaves today, and I look forward to hearing all about the fun and adventures they have on their camp. We wish them a safe and exciting experience.
Additionally, our senior management team has been working closely with Nicholas Williams to assess our progress with the annual plan. This will help us develop our plans for 2025.
