We had a very productive Teacher Only Day, bringing together educators from the Kohui Ako to collaborate on aligning their programs with the new curriculum. It was inspiring to see everyone working together and sharing ideas about sound teaching pedagogy.  A huge thank you for supporting this day! We hope you enjoyed your long weekend, even with the snowy and rainy weather.

As the weather warms up, it's a great reminder for everyone to wear sun hats and apply sunscreen before coming to school. We're pleased to announce that our school has recently renewed its Sun Safe accreditation, so let's all keep sun safety at the forefront of our minds while enjoying the outdoors!

During a recent visit to Wallingford Rest Home, I was reminded of the importance of building relationships for our students. It was wonderful to see them practicing conversational skills while interacting with adults from different generations. It was heartwarming watching our students compete in a quiz with the residents and learn a new game together.
