The Edge caregiver app has been replaced by the new Helix App

Helix is available now for Apple and Android devices – simply search “Helix SMS” in your app store or scan the QR code provided.

Through the app, caregivers can:

• View student attendance, timetables, and financial details

• Check achievement and NCEA assessment results

• Report absences directly to school

• Make secure payments

• Stay updated with real-time news and announcements

Caregivers with multiple children will see all their information in one place, even across different schools.
If it's your first time using the app, select "Reset Helix password" to set up your account.
