Wednesday 27 January
11.00am Julius House opens for all Year 7 and 9 boarders and new boarders.
12.00pm Year 7, 8 and 9 Boarders' Parents Lunch.
2.00pm Cranmer House opens for all Year 13 boarders.
5.30pm Year 13 Boarders' Parents BBQ. 

Thursday 28 January
9.00am-3.00pm Year 1 - 6 Parent Conferences.
10.00am Julius and Kilburn House open for all Year 10, 11 and 12  boarders.
10.00am-3.00pm Year 13 Leadership Training.
10.30am Year 10, 11 and 12 Boarders' Parents Morning Tea.
11.00am-3.30pm All Year 9 begins, laptops required for IT setup.
1.00pm-3.30pm New Year 10, 11 and 12 students begin in the Old Girls' Atrium.
1.30pm-3.30pm All Year 7 and 8 begin.
6.00pm Boarders' Compulsory Dinner.

Friday 29 January
8.25am All returning students and staff go directly to Chapel.
All new students and staff meet in the Gym (New Y7 and 8 to meet in WS breakout space prior)
8.30am Mihi Whakatau
3.00pm-3.30pm Arts and Sports signup in Gym (parents welcome to attend)
5.00pm-7.00pm Housewarming Family Picnic, Winchester Lawn. All welcome. If you haven't RSVP'd, please do so here.
