Our 24-hour Annual Appeal Day is underway and as we press send, over $68k has already been raised for the SMC Foundation Bursary Fund.

The SMC Bursary Fund was recently established to support those in our community who need our help, either now or into the future.

For today only, donations will be quadrupled by our generous matching donors who include the SMC staff who have collectively donated over $20k. 

This campaign continues our proud history of philanthropy and will help keep students at St Margaret’s, as well as provide an opportunity for girls who would thrive in the SMC environment and otherwise not be able to attend. This will enable them to achieve their full potential and go out into the world as wahine toa to live and lead.

Given the current climate, we want to emphasise there is no pressure to give as we know for many this is not possible right now. For this reason, we are not contacting our current parents directly for donations for this year's Annual Appeal and instead, the focus will be with our wider SMC community.
