Ally Demarchi, Y13, recently returned from Orlando Florida where she coached and competed at the International Cheer Union World Cheerleading Championship.

 Ally was an integral part of the Team NZ all girl junior squad helping them to win 3rd place on the world stage. At the Cheerleading Worlds (USASF), Ally’s team All Star Legacy Viperz placed 14th from a field of 80 teams in their division. Described as the Olympics of cheerleading it is the biggest cheerleading competition in the world with over 11,000 athletes competing. Ally’s team the Viperz are one of the two New Zealand Cheerleading Worlds level five teams and are a girls only team. A huge achievement on the world stage for Ally and her team’s and the result of a lot of very hard work in preparation and training.
