SMC —

The Cafe is still under Level 2 restrictions. There are separate 'in' and 'out' doors. Everyone coming into the dining room must sanitise their hands and there is a limit of four to a table. Hot food is served separately and there are a separate boarder's and daygirl's lines for morning tea and lunch. Thanks for your understanding.

Monday

  • Smoked chicken pasta - smoked chicken and spinach in a light sauce with penne pasta.
  • Pretzel steak burger - fresh beef steaks served with cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise and caramelised onions.

Tuesday

  • Macaroni cheese - bacon, tomato, capsicum, parsley, onion and pasta in a cheese sauce.
  • Mushroom soup - a thick and creamy soup served with a fresh bread roll. (Vege)
  • Salad of the day - couscous salad

Wednesday

  • Beef Bao buns - smoky pulled beef served with mesclun salad and bbq mayonnaise. 
  • Salad of the day - couscous salad

Thursday

  • Teriyaki chicken and rice – teriyaki chicken with a selection of seasonal vegetables and steamed rice. (GF)
  • Vegetarian pizzas - homemade pizza bases with feta, tomato, spinach and peppers topped with mozzarella cheese and sundried tomato mayonnaise. (Vege)

Friday

  • Chickpea and kumara bake -rich tomato sauce with seasonal vegetables, chickpeas and kumara. (GF,DF)
  • Salmon Bagels - fresh wholemeal bagels, served with cream cheese, spinach and cold sliced salmon

Each day, there is also a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks together with a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options.
