It's time to plan ahead for Christmas with the return of the SMC Foundation's Christmas Cake Fundraiser, this year with added goodies!

The Christmas cakes we all loved so much last year are back, this time in three sizes mini, regular and large. Christmas cake tastes best when it’s made the old-fashioned way and they don’t get much more delicious than cakes from the much-loved family recipe by Pohutukawa Pantry.

Added to the menu this year are Christmas steamed puddings, complete with a Mason Cash ceramic basin in a range of colours.

For some decadent treats, try the stunning Christmas truffles, melt-in-your-mouth shortbread and delicious mince pies – the challenge will be not finishing them before Christmas comes!

And perfect for presents, whether for corporate gifts or a treat for granny, are the mini Christmas cakes. All the goodness of the larger version, just in miniature.

Make sure you order your Christmas treats before Sunday 4 November. Orders will be available to be collected from the SMC Foundation Office (the white villa at 28 Winchester Street) from 26-28 November.
