Thanks to all of those who have completed the Education Outside of the Classroom (EOTC) annual consent for each of your daughters. There are still a few outstanding from Year 3, 4, 5 and 6.
The form can be completed through this link. Please note that the form will need to be completed for each of your daughters in the SMC Junior School. There is a different form for the preschool and Middle and Senior Schools. This helps to ensure that your daughters can participate in school events throughout the year, such as creating a vegetable garden, maths measuring exercises, use of school swimming pool and whole School events and sports days, PE activities, competitions, weekly sport, performing arts events and other class field trips
Details on this form will remain confidential to school staff, contractors and volunteers associated with supervising activities on EOTC events.
