Paterson Lodge has been used and enjoyed by many past students and is the perfect location to enjoy some of New Zealand's most spectacular landscapes.

2020 is also a special year for the lodge as we commemorate 50 years of providing outdoor education, mountain safety and tramping experiences. In the past school groups caught a train from Christchurch and got off at the Mt White bridge and then walked to the lodge. Today the lodge is easily accessible by 4WD and is a one and half hour drive from Christchurch. 

To mark this special occasion and provide an opportunity to see the lodge SMC invite you to a special celebration on Sunday 22 November. 

Transport will be provided, along with lunch and refreshments.
