Tuesday
Make your own salad - Choose your ingredients and we will make it for you. Choice of chicken tenders or marinated beef, seasonal vegetables, pasta, dressings (GF/DF)

Salad of the day - chef’s choice pasta salad

Wednesday
Beef Enchiladas - Lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce, wrapped in a tortilla & oven-baked – cheese & sour cream
Bacon and Egg Pie - Layers of middle bacon and free-range eggs, with a pastry bottom, served with a tomato relish
Salad of the day - Chefs choice pasta salad

Thursday
Beef and vegetable stirfry- Lean sliced beef with a selection of seasonal vegetables and steamed rice (GF/DF)
Salmon avocado and spinach wraps - Cold sliced salmon smashed avo, mesclun in a spinach wrap

Friday
Singapore Noodles - BBQ pork fillet, shrimp noodles, egg, peppers & onion in a light Chinese sauce
Beef burger -Lean beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, cheese in a pretzel bun

Also available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. As well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options available every day.
