Café Menu

Here's what's on next week's menu. Please note the café will be closed on Tuesday 10th of August due to Winter Quad. No junior lunches that day and boarders will pack their lunch at breakfast. Please also see the attached list of items available for purchase from the café for Term 3.

Monday
Beef and vegetable chow mein - lean beef mince with a selection of seasonal vegetables and egg noodles
BLT sandwich –  a multi-grain sandwich, filled with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes (GF option available)

Tuesday
Vegetarian Fried Rice - tofu, egg, and a selection of seasonal vegetables (GF)
Chicken & vegetable rice paper rolls - shredded chicken, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, mint and rice noodles with dipping sauce (GF/DF)
Salad of the day -pasta salad

Wednesday
Ricotta & spinach ravioli - ricotta & spinach pasta parcels in a homemade tomato sauce (Vege)
Salad of the day -pasta salad

Thursday
Baked potatoes - hot baked potatoes with a choice of toppings, baked beans or creamed corn cheese and sour cream (GF/DF/Vege)
Spaghetti and meatballs - beef meatballs with homemade tomato sauce and spaghetti

Friday
Crunchy chicken, on spinach and rice - steamed rice, baby spinach with crunchy chicken pieces and a choice of sauces (GF/DF)
Beef Enchiladas - savoury lean mince wrapped in a tortilla, oven-baked & topped with cheese & sour cream

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. Plus a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options
