From the Head of Junior School

Each week, I have the pleasure of taking Year 2 and 3 to the library. I am constantly heartened by the number of older girls who know our Junior School girls so well.

Whilst walking to the library, Middle and Senior girls stop and chat, call out hello or give us a wave from a distance. These girls are our coaches, mentors, role models and friends. Our Junior School girls are making lifelong connections not only with their peers in the Junior School but with the wider school community which is priceless and unique to our school.

Congratulations to all the Junior School girls who are working hard to reveal the picture for the “book-a-thon” that the library is currently conducting. There are a lot of opinions as to what the picture might be. I think it could be a self-portrait of Picasso, but I stand to be corrected (and probably will be).
