Here's what's on next week's menu.

Monday
Chicken and Bean Nachos - chicken and red beans in a tomato and spicy vegetable sauce, over corn chips topped with cheese and sour cream.
Salmon crepe - hot smoked salmon baby spinach and sliced tomatoes wrapped in a crepe served with lemon.

Tuesday
Roast vegetable & spinach pasta bake - a selection of root vegetables, baby spinach & pasta in a light creamy sauce. (V)
Pumpkin Soup - rich pumpkin soup served with a fresh bread roll. (V/GF)
Salad of the day - noodle salad

Wednesday
Chicken Bao Buns - marinated shredded chicken thighs, coleslaw and honey seeded dressing.
Salad of the day – noodle salad.

Thursday
Crispy chicken salads - crispy oven baked chicken pieces, with a selection of seasonal vegetables and sauces. 

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. As well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options.
