The SMC café is in Kilburn House and is open to all Y7-13 students, payment is made with a students café card. Junior School parents can order lunches to be delivered directly to the girls.

Monday
Beef Nachos -Lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce, served with corn chips, sour cream and cheese. GF
Chicken burgers - Baked chicken thighs served with lettuce and bacon – smokey bacon mayo

Tuesday
Chicken dumplings –Steamed chicken and vegetable dumplings served with steamed rice.
Tandoori beef wraps - Marinated beef strips served with lettuce, cucumber, mango chutney.
Salad of the day - Brown Rice Salad

Wednesday
Mac cheese - Bacon, tomato, capsicum, parsley and onion pasta in a cheese sauce.

Thursday
Green chicken curry – Chicken thighs cooked in a mild coconut and green curry sauce served with steamed rice. GF
Steak pretzel burger -Sirloin steak, cheese, lettuce, sundried tomato aioli

Friday
American Hotdogs -A hot steamed roll with frankfurters and your choice of mustard, grilled onions & tomato sauce.
Japanese Salad -Soba noodles, edamame beans, daikon radish, carrot. Topped with hot smoked salmon& ginger miso dressing.

A large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options are available every day. Also available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks.
