Book character day has always been one of my favourite events at school. The thought and effort that the Junior School show demonstrates to many our creativity and commitment to worthwhile causes. We had an array of characters at school for the day! It adds to the excitement of the learning day.

Recently, the Year 5/6 Builder Bees Construction Club Team competed in the EPro8 semi-finals held at Kirkwood Intermediate and were successful in qualifying for the Grand final. We are so proud of their efforts.

From next week until the end of term, New Entrants through to Year 3 may wear their PE uniform (full tracksuit with shirt and shorts underneath) to school on the days they have PE.

To help with this production, we ask all girls to try and source as many items listed below for their costumes. If you are having any difficulty, please contact us to help.

A reminder of our Compulsory Chapel Service, this Sunday, starting at 5 pm.

The Junior and Middle schools have decided to support the charity Wig Day Wednesday. On Wednesday, 25 August, we ask that girls wear either a wig or a wacky hairdo to school to support those children with cancer.

As we draw closer to completing our Winter Sports program, we are asking all girls who participated in a team (netball, hockey, basketball) to bring $10 per sport played to show our appreciation in a small way to our coaches and volunteers.

A reminder to please keep your daughter at home if they are showing any signs of illness. We will be sending children home if they are not feeling well or showing any signs of illness during the day.
