From the Head of Junior School

If only you were able to see and hear the buzz of excitment around the campus this week. I listened to the Secondary School Association President Vaughan Couillault say that teaching is a contact sport. He is accurate as contact between and amongst teachers and pupils to engage, support and teach is the magical ingredient in any school.

However, in saying this, the past few weeks have been confirmation that excellent teaching and learning can still take place at home, even if a Year 1 student told her mother that she can quit teaching now that she has gone back to school!
Regardless, witnessing your daughter's delight in seeing her classmates and teacher again was a wonderful experience and one of my favourite this year.
